Perfect for absolute beginners! This foundation yoga class is designed to welcome newbies to their first yoga experience and offers a supportive, detailed introduction to the practice. Cheryl Ann will guide you through a slow, gentle pace, learning the basic poses, breath techniques, and proper alignment to build a strong foundation. By the end of the course, you'll have the confidence and skills you need to start a safe home practice or feel prepared for a group setting, feeling youthful, energized, and focused! Wear comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, and a bottle of water. Please note: Participants should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor with ease.
