As a lifelong female business owner, I understand the challenges of balancing work and life. I'm an experienced yoga teacher and professional floral designer based in Conshohocken. I grew up in my family's flower shop, where I draw inspiration from nature, as flowers symbolize growth and transformation. 

Allow me to share my story. Growing up in my grandfather's flower shop felt like a fairy tale! I spent countless hours playing in the greenhouse, surrounded by vibrant flowers and plants. I listened to the soothing sounds of water fountains, inhaled the intoxicating scents of blossoms, and watched talented floral designers create magnificent arrangements. 

As a teenager, I worked diligently in our family's flower shop and was groomed in business. Not long after, I opened my retail flower shop, which I owned and operated for two decades. I then branched out and established a wedding and event floral design company. Eventually, I became one of the top wedding floral designers in the Philadelphia area. 

Although I love designing flowers for weddings and events, the stress of a highly demanding creative job, combined with long hours, tight deadlines, and overall exhaustion, can be overwhelming. In search of relief, I decided to try yoga. After my first class, I realized I needed to prioritize time for myself. Practicing yoga transformed into a beautiful ritual. On my mat, I found a space where I could allow myself to slow down, reflect, and breathe. I began to rediscover myself after years spent in the hustle of work. The benefits of yoga, breath work, and meditation became apparent very quickly.

This awakening ignited a passion in me to help others experience the benefits of yoga. I enrolled in the YogaLife Institute and studied directly under Dr. Robert Butera. The YogaLife Institute is rooted in the Classical Yoga tradition from The Yoga Institute in Mumbai, India, and emphasizes teaching breath-centered therapeutic yoga.  As an experienced yoga teacher, I've witnessed many students' transformations from the benefits of yoga, which span from physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of well-being.
