As a proud 3rd-generation floral designer and yoga teacher based in the charming Philadelphia suburb of Conshohocken, my journey is rooted in creativity and mindfulness. It all began in my family’s flower shop, where my deep love for flowers and connection to nature blossomed, shaping the foundation of my life's passions and purpose.

My family’s flower shop, Baldwin Flowers, was a beloved part of our small town for an amazing 100 years—it truly felt like the heart of the community. Growing up in the shop was like living in a fairy tale! I spent countless hours playing in the greenhouse, surrounded by the vibrant blooms and lush greenery. The gentle sounds of water fountains and the lovely scent of fresh flowers were just part of my everyday life. Watching the talented floral designers create stunning arrangements inspired my lifelong love for this wonderful art.

As a teenager, I worked in my family's flower shop, where I learned the value of hard work and gained business experience. This eventually led me to open my own retail flower shop, which I successfully ran for two decades. My passion for flowers and creativity inspired me to start a wedding and event floral design company, making me one of the top wedding floral designers in the Philadelphia area!

Floral design has always been my passion, but the long hours and tight deadlines could sometimes feel overwhelming. Everything changed when I attended my first yoga class—an experience that opened my eyes to the importance of balance and self-care. Yoga has taught me how to slow down, reconnect, and find harmony between work and play.
