Private (In-Person) & (Online) Comprehensive Yoga
- COMPREHENSIVE YOGA is more than just practicing yoga poses, we dive much deeper. We meet privately one-on-one and the focus is on your particular goals. By incorporating yoga postures, breath techniques, and yoga philosophy, I'll teach you the skills to handle your busy lifestyle, find balance, de-stress, and stay fit.
No yoga experience is necessary. Most of my clients are beginners. I'm here to empower you and help you adapt yoga to your body and daily lifestyle. All you need is a yoga mat and to wear comfortable clothing. Be prepared to commit at least 15 minutes daily to practice yoga between our sessions.
PRIVATE COMPREHENSIVE YOGA - 60-minute session in person at my private studio in Conshohocken for your location. 3 Options to choose from:

TWO (6-week Sessions) Gentle Yoga classes, led by Cheryl Ann, are offered at the Colonial Elementary School in Plymouth Meeting.
These sessions will be held in the cafeteria on Mondays at 6:30 PM.
1st Session- 1/13/25 to 3/3/25 (There is no class on 1/20 School is closed)
2nd Session- 3/10/25 to 4/28/25 (There is no class on 3/31 + 4/14 School is closed)

Outdoor-Gentle Community Yoga at Maple Acres Farm 2656 Narcissa Road Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania 19462
Mondays 6 PM from May-August Weather Permitting $15 per person -Cash or Venmo
Enjoy the sights and sounds of nature as you unwind on your yoga mat on this lovely farm. Overlooking fields of flowers, animals roaming, fresh air, and sunshine.
No sign ups necessary. Bring your own mat or beach blanket and a bottle of water. Come a few minutes early to sign a waiver, and settle in. Great time to take some beautiful pictures.
Home-grown fruits, veggies and flowers are available for purchase at the farmer's market.
