Hi I'm Cheryl Ann

I'm a sun-seeking, yoga doing, dance loving, floral designing, flower child.

I've been around flowers my whole life. I grew up in my grandfather's flower shop and spent countless hours playing in the greenhouse.

As a florist, and former wedding and event designer, for over 35 years, the stress of my high demanding job lead me to yoga. On my yoga mat, I found a place where I could give myself permission for some self care, time to slow down, reflect, and breathe. I began to shake off the dust, after being in the rabbit hole for many years. This awakening lead me to yoga teacher training at the YogaLife Institute.
